A NOTE ABOUT THE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA
Please be aware that we welcome your comments and concerns at the Alderson City Council Meetings, but if you would like to be placed on the Agenda for the meeting, you MUST have your request in to Victoria Miller, Town Recorder, no later than the Wednesday eight days prior to the meeting by 5pm. You can drop off your request in writing at the Alderson Town Hall. Agenda inclusion requests must be in writing clearly stating the topic you plan to discuss. Requests received after the Wednesday eight days before the meeting will not appear on the current agenda. We appreciate your understanding!
